Country Butter (soft Spread) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c buttermilk .
  • 1 lb margarine (not the spreadable kind) .
  • 1 c corn oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Whip ingredients together in a food processor/blender or mixer (the consistency will be rather soft, but useable).
  • Step #2 For best consistency put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #3 Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
  • Step #4 Keeps well for 1 month.
