Sauteed Spinach With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/3 c KRAFT 100% Parmesan Cheese .
  • 1 (8 oz) package fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 2 lbs fresh spinach leaves, cleaned, torn

Directions
  • Step #1 HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Add mushrooms & garlic; cook & stir until mushrooms are tender.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat to medium.
  • Step #4 ADD spinach; cook & stir 5 mins or until spinach is wilted but still bright green.
  • Step #5 STIR in salt & pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
