Light & Tasty Artichoke Crostini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps minced fresh basil .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1 sourdough baguette .
  • 1 (14 oz) can water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed drained & sliced .
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 2 c tomatoes, seeded & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut the baguette into 32 slices.
  • Step #2 Place on an ungreased baking sheet; spritz bread with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Bake at 325F degrees for 7-10 mins or until crisp.
  • Step #4 Cool on a wire rack.
  • Step #5 In a bowl, oil, basil, artichokes, mix the tomatoes, seasoned salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Spoon onto bread slices.
