Crab And Cauliflower Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 3 oz cream cheese with chives, cut up & softened .
  • 2 tsps parsley .
  • 1/4 c flour .
  • 2 c chicken broth .
  • 2 1/2 c cauliflower .
  • 6 oz crabmeat .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 2 c milk .
  • 1/4 c dry white wine

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut up crabmeat.
  • Step #2 Cook cauliflower in butter.
  • Step #3 Stir in flour & pepper.
  • Step #4 Add chicken broth & milk all at once.
  • Step #5 Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly.
  • Step #6 Cook & stir for 1 more min.
  • Step #7 Gradually stir in the 1 c of hot milk mixture into the softened cream cheese, cook & stir over heat until melts.
  • Step #8 Add back to other soup.
  • Step #9 Stir in crabmeat & wine with cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with parsley.
