Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cooked chicken .
  • 1 (15 oz) can mixed vegetables .
  • 9 1/2 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1/3 c milk .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix Jiffy corn muffin mix, egg & milk together in bowl (will be slightly lumpy).
  • Step #2 Set aside.
  • Step #3 Mix can of veggies, soup, & cooked chicken together in bowl.
  • Step #4 Spray 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray & pour soup mixture in the bottom.
  • Step #5 Pour corn muffin mix on top of soup mixture.
  • Step #6 Bake for about 25 mins or until cornbread is done.
