Country Pineapple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice
  • 10 slices day-old white bread, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, cream butter & sugar.
  • Step #2 Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Step #3 stir in the pineapple & lemon juice.
  • Step #4 Fold in the bread cubes.
  • Step #5 Pour into a greased 13-in.
  • Step #6 x 9-in.
  • Step #7 x 2-in.
  • Step #8 baking dish.
  • Step #9 Bake, uncovered, at 325F degrees F for 35-40 mins or until set.
