Bagel And Cheese Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 bagels .
  • 1/2 c onions, sliced .
  • 1/2 lb bacon, sliced .
  • 2 tsps fresh parsley, sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 2 c milk .
  • 12 eggs, beaten .
  • 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook bacon & onion together in skillet until brown; drain & set aside.
  • Step #2 Slice each bagel into 4 thin slices.
  • Step #3 Arrange 6 bagel slices in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step #4 Cover up with the bacon & onion mixture, top this with 1 c Cheddar cheese then remaining bagel slices.
  • Step #5 Whisk together eggs, parsley, milk, & pepper.
  • Step #6 Pour the egg mixture over the bagel layers & top this with remaining cheese.
  • Step #7 Cover up & put in the fridge 8 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #8 Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Step #9 Bake, uncovered, 25-30 mins, or until eggs are firm.
  • Step #10 Serve warm.
