Chocolate Chip Cheesecakei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsps butter, melted
  • 3/4 c white sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix cookie crumbs & butter.
  • Step #3 Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
  • Step #4 Bake in preheated oven for 10 mins.
  • Step #5 In large bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, & flour.
  • Step #6 Mix at medium speed until well mixed.
  • Step #7 Stir in eggs one at a time.
  • Step #8 Blend in sour cream & vanilla.
  • Step #9 Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step #10 Pour batter over baked crust.
  • Step #11 Bake in preheated oven for 55 mins.
  • Step #12 Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
  • Step #13 Store in refrigerator.
