Step #1 By hand or using a heavy duty mixer mix together meats & onion, add salts & Worcestershire.
Step #2 In food processor/blender, chop bread until fine.
Step #3 Add milk & eggs (you can still use the chopping blade) & mix until well mixed.
Step #4 Add egg/bread mixture to meat & mix mix together very well.
Step #5 For oven, either make into a single large loaf in a bread pan, or make six-ten (depending on size) individual loaves.
Step #6 Add the half c of water in bottom of 9X13 pan.
Step #7 Mix together final four ingredients (this can easily be changed up according to taster) in a small bowl.
Step #8 Brush tops of loaves liberally with sauce.
Step #9 Bake uncovered for 50-60 mins at 350 degrees.
Step #10 For grilling, make into individual loaves & grill over indirect heat for about 45-60 mins or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest part reads at least 170.
Step #11 Baste with sauce periodically while they are grilling.
