Fruity Jello Mold Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 oz) can sliced pecans .
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen raspberries .
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream .
  • 1 (8 1/2 g) package unflavored gelatin .
  • 2 (8 1/2 g) packages raspberry gelatin .
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple

Directions
  • Step #1 in a medium bowl add unflavored gelatin over 1/2 c water, set aside for a min.
  • Step #2 Stir in raspberry-flavor gelatin, & 2 c of boiling water, disolve it.
  • Step #3 add to that mixture, pecans, & frozen raspberries, the pineapple, stirring to brake up fruit chunks.
  • Step #4 Refrigerate until gelatin mixture mounds when you scoop with a spoon.
  • Step #5 Spoon half the gelatin mixture into a bundt mold, spread sour cream over gelatin (1/2inch.
  • Step #6 from sides) spoon remaining gelatin mizture over sour cream.
  • Step #7 cover & put in the fridge for at least 3 hrs.
  • Step #8 **to serve-unmold onto a chilled platter, garnish with berries.
