Cranberry-cherry Punch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate .
  • 1 (28 oz) bottle ginger ale, chilled .
  • 3 c cold water .
  • 1 c boiling water .
  • 1 (1 quart) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled .
  • 1 (2 3/4 oz) package cherry gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in the the lemonade concentrate.
  • Step #2 Add the cold water & cranberry juice cocktail.
  • Step #3 Place 8-10 c of ice cubes OR a molded ice ring In a large-ish punch bowl, & pour the punch over the ice.
  • Step #4 SLOWLY pour the ginger ale down the inside of the punch bowl, & mix carefully by pushing the ice cubes/ring up & down several times.
  • Step #5 If desired, add scoops of fruit-flavored sherbet.
