Beef & Roni Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c elbow macaroni (dried) .
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced) .
  • 3/4 c parmesan cheese (more if you like cheese like we do) .
  • 8 oz tomato sauce (1/2 can) .
  • 1 (15 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
  • 1 lb lean ground beef .
  • 1/2 c onions (sliced)

Directions
  • Step #1 Sauté onion & garlic on medium heat for 5 mins.
  • Step #2 Turn heat up to medium high & add beef.
  • Step #3 Cook until no pink remains.
  • Step #4 Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, & parmesan cheese & lower heat & let simmer for 20 mins.
  • Step #5 Cook macaroni while beef mixture is simmering.
  • Step #6 Drain & mix macaroni & beef mixture together.
  • Step #7 Let sit for a few mins.
  • Step #8 Pairs well with bread & a salad.
