Baked Chicken Lasagna Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c fresh parsley, sliced .
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese .
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked .
  • 2 c part-skim ricotta cheese .
  • 1 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 1/2 c tomato sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2 c cooked chicken, shredded .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 1/4 c part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded .
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step #2 Mix first eight ingredients, reserving 1/4 c mozzarella.
  • Step #3 Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on countertop.
  • Step #4 Lay noodles flat atop plastic wrap, top each noodle with a layer of the ricotta mixture & 1/4 c chicken.
  • Step #5 Starting at one end, roll one noodle at a time.
  • Step #6 Fill the bottom of a baking dish with 1/2 c tomato sauce.
  • Step #7 Lay rolls seam side down, cover with remaining tomato sauce & sprinkle with reserved 1/4 c mozzarella cheese.
  • Step #8 Bake for 20 mins.
