• 1 egg, whisked .
• 1/2 lb ground beef .
• 1 carrot, finely grated .
• 1 garlic, glove crushed .
• 1/2 c bread, crunbs .
• 1/3 c grated cheddar cheese .
• 1 tsp tomato paste

• Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
• Step #2 Combind all ingreadients & mix well.
• Step #3 Using a tsp make mini-size meatballs.
• Step #4 Place all the meatballs on a cookie sheet sprayed with a non sticking spray.
• Step #5 Bake for 15 to 20 minites.
• Step #6 Cool & eat a few, store the rest in refrigerator for later.
