Hazelnut Turtle Latte (hot And Cold Versions) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 oz cocoa (Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Flavored Sauce) .
  • 1/2 oz caramel sauce (Ghirardelli Creamy Caramel Flavored Sauce) .
  • 1/2 oz praline syrup .
  • 8 oz steamed milk .
  • 2 oz brewed espresso coffee

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine sauces, syrup & espresso in 12-oz.
  • Step #2 mug.
  • Step #3 Stir until well mixd.
  • Step #4 Pour steamed milk into mug; stir this to mix.
  • Step #5 Top with froth from steamed milk.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with Ghirardelli Cocoa or drizzle with Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Flavored Sauce and/or Creamy Caramel Flavored Sauce.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with toasted sliced hazelnuts, if desired.
  • Step #8 For Iced Hazelnut Turtle Latte: Use cold milk in place of steamed milk.
  • Step #9 Combine all ingredients & pour over one c of ice into a 16-oz.
  • Step #10 glass.
  • Step #11 Garnish with whipped cream & drizzle with Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Flavored Sauce and/or Creamy Caramel Flavored Sauce.
  • Step #12 Sprinkle top with toasted sliced hazelnuts, if desired.
  • Step #13 Serving/Yield - 1-16 oz.
