Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz) package vanilla wafers, crushed .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened .
  • 1/2 c confectioners' sugar .
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling .
  • 1 c whipping cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Crumble cookies into a 9x9 inch pan & set aside.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, whip cream & set aside.
  • Step #3 In a separate mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese & confectioners' sugar until smooth & fluffy.
  • Step #4 Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture & spoon over crumbled cookies.
  • Step #5 Spread pie filling over top & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #6 **Cook time does not include overnight refrigeration.
