Herb-roasted Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano .
  • 1 (24 oz) package california-mix frozen vegetables .
  • 1/2 tsp sugar .
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt .
  • 3-4 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Directions
  • Step #1 Place vegetables in a single layer in an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Step #2 Combine the remaining ingredients: drizzle over vegetables & toss to coat.
  • Step #3 Bake, uncovered, at 425F degrees for 20-23 mins or until tender, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 Note: I usually end up cooking for a bit longer to suit or tastes.
