Dole Pineapple Whip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 1/3 c sugar .
  • 2 tbsps lime juice .
  • 2 (20 oz) cans dole crushed pineapple .
  • 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream, whipped

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tbsps juice.
  • Step #2 Set aside.
  • Step #3 Place pineapple, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar & reserved pineapple juice in mixer or food processor/blender container; cover & mix until smooth.
  • Step #4 Pour into two 1-quart freezer zipped bags & store bags flat in freezer.
  • Step #5 Freeze 1-1/2 hrs or until slushy.
  • Step #6 Stir pineapple slush carefully into whipped cream until slightly mixed, in large bowl.
  • Step #7 Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hr & serve.
