Healthy Chicken Tenders Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt .
  • 1 tbsp paprika .
  • 1 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1/2 tsp Lawry's Spice uped Salt .
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano .
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 2 tbsps dried parsley .
  • i can't believe it's not butter artificial butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Step #3 Line cookie sheet with foil wrap.
  • Step #4 Spray each chicken tender with butter spray & dip in seasoned dry ingredients.
  • Step #5 Bake on lined cookie sheet for 20-30 mins.
