Apricot-peach Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tea bags, cold brew, pitcher-sized .
  • 2 (5 1/2 oz) cans apricot nectar .
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen sliced peaches, sliced or 1 lb fresh peaches, sliced .
  • 7 c cool water .
  • 2 tbsps superfine sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large pitcher, stir this together cool water, apricot nectar & superfine sugar.
  • Step #2 Add tea bags; let steep 5 to 7 mins, dunking bags every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 Once tea is desired strength, add frozen or fresh peaches.
  • Step #4 Pour over ice & serve.
  • Step #5 ***For Raspberry Iced Tea: Switch to berries: replace apricot nectar with 1 1/2 c cranberry-raspberry drink.
  • Step #6 In mixer, puree 1/2 pint fresh raspberries; strain out seeds.
  • Step #7 Add to cold water with superfine sugar.
  • Step #8 Replace peaches with 1 pint fresh raspberries.
