Lowfat Turkey Chili Recipe

Ingredients
  • red pepper flakes .
  • 1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce .
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 1 onion, sliced .
  • 3-5 tbsps taco seasoning .
  • 1 (28 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
  • 1 (16 oz) can chili beans .
  • 2 (16 oz) cans kidney beans .
  • 1-2 jalapeno pepper, sliced .
  • 1 c light beer .
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onions In a large-ish pot until brown.
  • Step #2 Add the turkey, cook 10 mins or until done.
  • Step #3 Deglaze the pan with the beer, stirring 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #5 Cook on medium heat until thick, about 45 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
