Slow Cooker Bloody Mary Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts .
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced .
  • 1/2 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 (33 7/8 oz) bottle bloody mary mix (extra spicy okay) .
  • 1/2 c carrots, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Rinse chicken with cold water & pat dry with paper towels.
  • Step #2 Remove any fat from the chicken & place this in the slow cooker (aka crockpot).
  • Step #3 Pour the Bloody Mary mix over the chicken breasts & add the sliced vegetables.
  • Step #4 Cook on low for 8 hrs.
  • Step #5 Serve with rice or hot noodles.
