Ingredients
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 1/2 c sugar .
  • 3/4 c butter (12T) .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 c buttermilk .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 3 ripe bananas

Directions
  • Step #1 Puree 3 ripe bananas w/ buttermilk & vanilla.
  • Step #2 Cream butter, sugar, & eggs.
  • Step #3 Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder.
  • Step #4 Add banana mix & dry ingredients to butter mixture, mix well.
  • Step #5 Bake 40 mins at 350°F.
  • Step #6 Also can be made into about 20 muffins, 9-inch two-layer cake or a loaf.
