3-4 garlic cloves (smashed with a pinch of salt) .
1/4 tsp black pepper (powder) .
300F g breadcrumbs .

150 g oil or olive oil .
8 bell peppers (red or green) .
500 g white feta cheese (from cow or sheep) .

For the sour souse .
500 g Bulgarian yogurt or sour plain yogurt .
1 tbsp olive oil .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 pinch salt .
1 tsp white vinegar .

Step #1 For the souse:.
Step #2 1.
Step #3 Mix together the garlic & the spices & then add the youghurt & then the oil & the vinegar.

Step #5 Cool the souse in the fridge before you serve it.
Step #6 For the peppers:.

Step #8 Barbeque the peppers (or fry them without oil) until their skin becomes dark brown (be careful not to burn the peppers).
Step #9 Ten peel off the skin, clean the handle & the seeds from inside.
Step #10 2.
Step #11 Grind the white feta cheese, the yellow cheese & the tomato & mix them all together.
Step #12 You can add 100ml of the feta cheese water so that the mixture will not be too thick.
Step #13 3.
Step #14 Mix 1 egg & add them to the cheese mixture then add all the spices.

Step #16 Fill the peppers with the ready cheese mixture.
Step #17 5.
Step #18 In two separate bowls put the bread crumbs & in the other mix 4 eggs with a pinch of salt & a pinch of baking powder.
Step #19 6.
Step #20 Boil in a pan oil at 180C & then dip the already filled peppers in the bowl with the eggs, then in the bowl with the bread crumbs, & then again in the eggs & fry them in the oil.
Step #21 7.
Step #22 Serve the peppers hot with a sour souse.
