Country Pasta With Mozzarella Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 c broccoli florets
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook rigatoni according to package directions & drain.
  • Step #2 In a 10 inch skillet cook the bacon over med-heat/flame, stirring every once in awhile, until the bacon is browned.
  • Step #3 Add the broccoli & garlic.
  • Step #4 Cook, stirring every once in awhile, until the broccoli is slightly tender (about 4 to 5 mins).
  • Step #5 Stir in the cooked rigatoni, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese & cayenne pepper.
  • Step #6 Cook, stirring every once in awhile, until the cheese is melted.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with the fresh sliced parsley.
