• 1 c mashed bananas (about 2 bananas) .
• 1 egg .
• 2/3 c sugar .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 2 c flour .
• 1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips .
• 2/3 c brown sugar .
• 1 tsp vanilla .
• 3/4 c softened margarine or butter .
• 2 tsps baking powder

• Step #1 Cream together butter & sugars until fluffy.
• Step #2 Add egg & vanilla & beat well.
• Step #3 Stir in banana.
• Step #4 Sift together flour, baking powder, & salt & add to creamed mixture.
• Step #5 Beat well.
• Step #6 Stir in chocolate chips.
• Step #7 Spread in 15-1/2 x 10 x 1 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
• Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
• Step #9 Cool & cut into bars.
