Ingredients
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, drained & sliced .
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced .
  • 1/3 c ketchup .
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce .
  • 2/3 c salad oil .
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely sliced .
  • 1/2 lb bean sprouts .
  • 1/3 c sugar .
  • 1 bunch spinach, torn into bite size pieces .
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled .
  • 1/3 c red wine vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix spinach, bean sprouts & sliced water chestnuts together.
  • Step #2 Add crumbled bacon & sliced hard boiled eggs.
  • Step #3 In a pourable container mix salad oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, ketchup, worcestershire sauce & sliced green onions.
  • Step #4 Mix well & pour over salad & serve.
