Cranberry Bliss Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c unbleached flour .
  • 2 c nestle's white chocolate chips .
  • 1 c land o lakes light butter .
  • 1/2 c Splenda brown sugar mix .
  • 1 c whole wheat flour .
  • 1 (8 oz) package philidelphia light cream cheese .
  • 1 1/2 c Quaker Oats .
  • 2 tbsps orange zest .
  • 1 c ocean spray craisins .
  • 1 1/4 c eagle brand fat-free sweetened condensed milk

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Beat butter & brown sugar until creamy.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Gradually beat in flour, oats, & orange peel until crumbly.
  • Step #9 5.
  • Step #10 Stir in chocolate morsels & cranberries & stir well.
  • Step #11 6.
  • Step #12 Set aside 2 c of this mixture.
  • Step #13 7.
  • Step #14 Press remaining mixture into the greased pan & bake for 15 mins.
  • Step #15 8.
  • Step #16 Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step #17 9.
  • Step #18 Add the condensed milk.
  • Step #19 10.
  • Step #20 After 15 mins, remove the baking pan & pour the cream cheeese mixture over the hot crust.
  • Step #21 11.
  • Step #22 Sprinkle top the remaining crumb mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #23 12.
  • Step #24 Bake for another 25 mins.
  • Step #25 13.
  • Step #26 Remove & cool on a wire rack.
