Wilted Garlic Bok Choy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5-6 c of fresh bok choy, sliced (1 bunch) .
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Separate & wash bok choy, trim bottom of stalks & pat dry.
  • Step #2 Chop bok choy into desired width, set aside.
  • Step #3 In frying pan heat olive oil & minced garlic on medium heat for 4-5 mins.
  • Step #4 Add bok choy, toss to coat & cook approximately 10 mins, tossing bok choy every min or so.
