Ingredients
2 tbsps butter .
1 1/2 tsps sugar (to taste) .
1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish .
2 tbsps fresh parsley, sliced .
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (to taste) .
1 garlic clove, sliced .
1 lb fresh scallops, about 20 scallops
Directions
Step #1 In a skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the butter.
Step #2 Add the parsley & garlic & cook this until garlic is soft.
Step #3 Add the scallops & saute until golden.
Step #4 Add the lemon juice & sugar & stir this to mix.
Step #5 Garnish with lemon wedges.
Step #6 If passing as appetizers, use toothpicks to serve.
Step #7 If having as a dinner, serve over rice.
