Lemon Rosemary Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c olive oil .
1 strip lemon peel (about a 1-inch x 1/2-inch strip) .
1/4 c lemon juice .
1 garlic clove, peeled .
1 sprig rosemary

Directions

Step #1 Place the rosemary & garlic on a cutting board.
Step #2 Lightly crush both with a heavy knife.
Step #3 Put the rosemary, garlic, & lemon peel in a clean bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid.
Step #4 Pour in the oil & the lemon juice & cap tightly.
Step #5 Shake well.
Step #6 This dressing will keep for a week in the refrigerator.
Step #7 Shake well before serving.
Step #8 12-1 tbsp servings.
