Mushroom Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs) .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1 (1 oz) packet onion soup mix .
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise .
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves .
  • 8 oz pre-sliced baby portabella mushrooms (rinsed) .
  • 1 tbsp quick-mixing flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine mayonnaise & dry soup mix in large bowl.
  • Step #2 Crush garlic, using garlic press, into bowl.
  • Step #3 Mix well.
  • Step #4 Slice tenderloins diagonally into about twelve 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  • Step #5 Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 mins.
  • Step #6 Stir pork slices & mushrooms into soup mixture.
  • Step #7 Place pork slices in pan; add soup mixture (wash hands).
  • Step #8 Cook 4–6 mins, turning every once in awhile, until browned.
  • Step #9 Stir in flour & cook 1–2 more mins.
  • Step #10 +.
  • Step #11 Stir in milk; reduce heat to low.
  • Step #12 Cook 4–6 mins until sauce thickens & internal temperature of pork reaches 160°F Use a meat thermometer to accurately ensure doneness.
  • Step #13 Serve.
