1-2-3 Rice And Chili Burritos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c salsa (optional) .
  • 1 c water .
  • 10 tortillas (about) .
  • 1/2 c shredded cheese .
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili with beans .
  • 1/2 c instant rice or brown rice

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat chili in saucepan.
  • Step #2 Once heated, add uncooked rice & water.
  • Step #3 Stir together & let simmer over med-heat/flame about 10-15 mins until rice is cooked.
  • Step #4 Don't forget to stir! Once cooked throughout, turn heat down.
  • Step #5 Place about 1/3 c mixture on tortilla & top this with 1-2 tbsps shredded cheese & a few tbsps salsa & roll up.
  • Step #6 Once all burritos have been made, zap in microwave for 30-60 seconds to melt cheese & reheat.
