Chinese Beef And Greens Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 thin beef steaks .
  • 1 onion .
  • 2 tbsps cornflour .
  • 100 ml sweet chili sauce .
  • 4 oz bok choy .
  • 75 ml dark soya sauce .
  • 200 ml stock

Directions
  • Step #1 stir this together.
  • Step #2 cornflour, soya, chilli & stock.
  • Step #3 marinade meat in this.
  • Step #4 time not important anything from 15mins to overnight if desired.
  • Step #5 fry 1 sliced onion in a little oil until soft.
  • Step #6 add spring greens rolled together & sliced into ribbons (bok choy could easily be used).
  • Step #7 ingredient list would not accept spring greens must be a uk veg.
  • Step #8 stir until soft.
  • Step #9 add meat & stock marinade.
  • Step #10 simmer unitl meat cooked & the sauce is glossy & thickened.
  • Step #11 a little water may be used to thin out stock if desired.
  • Step #12 any meat or veg acn be used to create your own version of this easy recipe.
