Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 medium cauliflower, leaves removed .
  • 4 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil .
  • kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Step #2 Cut the cauliflower in half,then each half into 6 wedges.
  • Step #3 Lay cauliflower wedges on a baking sheet.
  • Step #4 Lightly brush both sides of the wedges with oil & season this with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #5 Roast until the sides that touch the pan & the edges are golden brown, about 20 mins.
