Sesame Spaghetti Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta .
  • 4 c broccoli .
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice .
  • 2 c carrots .
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil .
  • 1/2 c olive oil .
  • 1/2 c soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook pasta according to directions; drain well.
  • Step #2 Place pasta in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Add all liquid ingredients.
  • Step #4 Shred raw broccoli florets into tiny pieces.
  • Step #5 Shred Raw carrots.
  • Step #6 Add all remaining ingredients into the pasta.
  • Step #7 Toss thoroughly (careful, this can be messy).
  • Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge at least 2 hrs (overnight is best) re-tossing every once in awhile.
