Rogene's Frosted Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c cold milk .
1/2 c oil .
8 oz cream cheese .
2 c flour .
1 tsp vanilla .
1/2 tsp vanilla .
Frosting .
3/4 tsp salt .
2 c sugar .
1 (3 1/4 oz) package Dream Whip .
4 red apples, peeled & sliced .
2 eggs .
1/2 tsp cinnamon .
2 tsps baking soda .
1 c walnuts .
2 c powdered sugar

Directions

Step #1 Break the eggs over the apples, add sugar, cinnamon, oil & nuts.
Step #2 Sift flour, baking soda & salt.
Step #3 Bake in a greased & floured 9x13 inch pan for 55 mins at 375 degrees.
Step #4 To make frosting: Follow the directions on the package of the dream whip, then add cream cheese & whip until smooth.
Step #5 Slowly add powdered sugar.
