Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1/4 c plain fat-free yogurt .
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1 tbsp paprika .
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin .
  • butter-flavored cooking spray .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips .
  • 1 c quick-cooking oats

Directions
  • Step #1 Lightly spray baking sheet.
  • Step #2 Mix dry ingredients (oats, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, cumin, pepper) in shallow bowl.
  • Step #3 Dip chicken in yogurt.
  • Step #4 Cover up strips in oatmeal mixture.
  • Step #5 Bake at for 30 mins at 350.
