Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 (6.5 oz) jar artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 (4 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained & sliced
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen sliced spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Step #2 Add the spinach, prosciutto, red peppers & artichoke hearts.
  • Step #3 Spice up with garlic powder.
  • Step #4 Cook & stir for 15 mins, until heated through.
