Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
Step #2 In a large bowl, mix meat, dill weed, V-8 juice, bread crumbs, sliced onion, eggs, salt & pepper.
Step #3 Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Step #4 Press meatloaf mixture onto a sheet of foil wrap or wax paper into a rectangle.
Step #5 Place a layer of cheese over the rectangle.
Step #6 Place a layer of ham over the cheese.
Step #7 Cover up the entire rectangle.
Step #8 Pick up the edge of the waxed paper or foil wrap to roll the flattened meat up into a log.
Step #9 Remove waxed paper, seal the ends & seam, & place the loaf into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step #10 Bake for 1 hr & 15 mins in the preheated oven, or until the loaf is no longer pink inside.
Step #11 Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
