Cheesy Bacon Chicken Omelet Pita Recipe

Step #1 Warm eggs to about room temp.
Step #2 Prepare & set aside filling by mixing chicken, garlic, bacon & cheese Mix eggs, parsley, onion powder & water just until well mixd.
Step #3 Warm pita in toaster, cut in half & open pocket.
Step #4 Heat 6 to 8-inch pan just until drops of water sizzle.
Step #5 Mix sliced chicken, bacon & cheese so that the filling is prepared.
Step #6 Swirl butter in pan to coat.
Step #7 Pour in egg mixture & stir for 5 seconds.
Step #8 Gently lift set parts of the omelet to allow uncooked mixture to run underneath for about 30-60 seconds.
Step #9 Add filling on half of omelet & carefully fold over other half.
Step #10 Leave on low heat until cheese is at least partially melted.
Step #11 Carefully cut omelet in half & put inside pita pocket.
