• 2 lbs potatoes .
• 5 tbsps butter .
• 1/2 c gorgonzola (thinly sliced) .
• salt & pepper

• Step #1 Boil & mash potatoes.
• Step #2 Butter a baking dish & evenly spread half of mashed potatoes into it.
• Step #3 Cover up with thin slices of gorgonzola.
• Step #4 Cover up with remaining mashed potatoes.
• Step #5 Place bits of butter on top & bake this at 290°F for 8 mins.
• Step #6 Serve hot, season as desired.
• Step #7 Serves 4.
