Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
  • 1/8 tsp salt .
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 16 oz chickpeas, drained & rinsed .
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin .
  • 3 tbsps water

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine ingredients in a food processor/blender & mix until smooth.
  • Step #2 Then I serve it with any of the following:.
  • Step #3 whole wheat mini pita bread, sliced baby carrots, or bell pepper strips.
