Ingredients
  • 8 oz crabmeat, preferably fresh lump .
  • 1 1/2 tsps oil .
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, freshly grated .
  • 1 1/2 tsps lemon juice, fresh .
  • 1 1/2 tsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drain & chop

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil & sauté artichoke hearts.
  • Step #2 Add Remaining ingredients & carefully mix in crab meat.
  • Step #3 Spice up to taste.
  • Step #4 If desired, top this with sliced almonds.
  • Step #5 Bake @ 375° for 30 mins, until browned & bubbly.
