Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp horseradish .
  • 2 c Quaker Oats .
  • For Aching Muscles From a Bout of Flu .
  • For Sore Throat .
  • 1 c olive oil .
  • For Fast Pain Relief .
  • 1/4 c honey .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 For Aching Muscles From a Bout of Flu.
  • Step #2 Combine horseradish & olive oil.
  • Step #3 Let the mixture sit for 30 mins & then apply as a massage oil for instant relief for aching muscles.
  • Step #4 For Sore throat.
  • Step #5 Combine vinegar & honey.
  • Step #6 Take 1 tbsp 6 times a dy (The vinegar kills the bacteria!).
  • Step #7 For Fast Pain Relief.
  • Step #8 Quaker Oats are not just for breakfast any more! -- Combine Quaker Oats & water in a bowl & warm in the microwave for 1 min.
