Taco Skillet Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb hamburger .
1/2 c sour cream (optional) .
2 c raw macaroni .
2 1/2 c water .
1 tsp taco seasoning, spice .
1 medium tomato, sliced (optional) .
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step #1 Brown & drain hamburg.
Step #2 Add taco seasoning, water & raw macaroni.
Step #3 Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium low & let simmer until noodles are tender, about 8-10 mins.
Step #4 Serve with cheese, sour cream & tomatoes.
Step #5 Note.
Step #6 I used one envelope of taco spice, but I'm not sure of the size.
Step #7 It looks like about 1 tsps.
