Fudge Brownie Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sliced pecans .
  • 9 inches unbaked pie shells .
  • 1/4 c light corn syrup .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 2/3 c white sugar .
  • 2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1/4 c sliced pecans, for garnish .
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 3 eggs .
  • 1/4 c light brown sugar, packed

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 In a medium saucepan over low heat/flame melt the chocolate chips & butter.
  • Step #3 Stir constantly to prevent chocolate from burning.
  • Step #4 When just melted remove this from heat.
  • Step #5 Stir in the white sugar, milk, corn syrup, vanilla, brown sugar, eggs & salt.
  • Step #6 Beat with an electric mixer until well mixed.
  • Step #7 Stir in the 1 c of pecans.
  • Step #8 Pour into the prepared pie shell.
  • Step #9 Bake for 45 mins or until puffed.
  • Step #10 Remove & allow this to cool on a wire rack for 1 hr.
  • Step #11 Serve warm with the remaining pecan pieces, or take it over the top this with Praline Topping.
