Ingredients
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1/2 c egg substitute .
  • 15 oz solid-pack pumpkin .
  • 1 (18 oz) box spice cake mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 In a large mixing bowl, beat cake mix with water, pumpkin & egg substitute for 3 mins.
  • Step #3 Pour batter in a 11 x 17 x 3/4 inch pan jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
  • Step #4 Bake for 23 mins.
