Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 c water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh rosemary

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan over med-heat/flame, cook garlic in oil 1 min.
  • Step #2 Stir in tomatoes & cook 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in garbanzo beans, rosemary, water, bouillon cube, salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Simmer, covered, 10 mins.
