Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried parsley flakes
  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first seven ingredients.
  • Step #2 Crumble beef & sausage over mixture; mix well.
  • Step #3 Shape into eight patties.
  • Step #4 Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 4-6 mins on each side or until no longer pink.
  • Step #5 Serve on buns.
